Zucchini pan with minced meat

It goes very well with lunch or dinner and can be prepared and enjoyed as a complete recipe.

Ingredients for four servings

  • 150 ml Bouillon, vegetables
  • 50 G Feta
  • 500 G Minced meat, mixed
  • 1 Pc clove of garlic
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 prize pepper
  • 1 prize salt
  • 400 G chunky tomatoes
  • 1 TL Tomato paste
  • 1 Pc zucchini
  • 1 Pc onion


  1. For the zucchini pan with minced meat, peel and finely chop the fresh onion. Peel the clove of garlic and press it through the garlic press.
  2. Fry the minced meat together with the onions and garlic in a pan with a little oil for a few minutes until crumbly.
  3. In the meantime, wash the fresh zucchini, dice it and add it to the pan along with the chunky tomatoes. Simmer for about 10 minutes before stirring in the tomato paste and extinguishing everything with the bouillon.
  4. Season well with salt and pepper, and finally, fold in the crumbled sheep’s cheese.
