Recipe: Pumpkin Dumpling gnocchi with parmesan cheese

Today we are here with our new recipe style post and we hope you are going to love this recipe as you have loved the other recipes of this site before, today we have brought you the awesome and amazing recipe of pumpkin dumpling dough with a cheese called parmesan which is very much easy to be cooked and delicious to eat.

In every of our recipe article we do 4 people servings but in this we have only taken 2 special people to eat this and we shared the recipe with you guys. So there are some more ingredients needed in this recipe and some more steps are used but the steps are very easy to be followed by you guys.

So Here are the ingredients and the process involved to make this delicious recipe of all time.


  • 5TL Soft butter
  • 50G Parmesan cheese
  • 1Pk Dumpling dough
  • 500G pumpkin
  • 4th tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 shot pepper from the grinder
  • 2Tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1Msp salt
  • 600G Tinned tomato pieces
  • 2TL Forest honey
  • 130ml water


  1. Number one is step is to peel the pumpkin and take out all the seeds which are present in it and then get the pumpkin pulp in a bowl.
  2. Now add the dumpling dough in the pumpkin with water and stir it with your respective hands. Now you can see that the dough is a little salty so for that add some peppers and leave it there for 10 minutes and that will solve this problem.
  3. As you are waiting for 10 minutes then why should you waste your time, go and get a pan and add oil in it and heat it and then add tomatoes in it and salt the tomatoes and add peppers also.
  4. Now just chop the pumpkin seeds and then get some butter and heat it in pan and roast your chopped pumpkin seeds in it for about 2 minutes and make sure you don’t heat it a lot.
  5. Get a large saucepan and add water in it and add salt to prepare your salt water.
  6. Again just smoothify the dough and now with your wet hands make 2cm diameter balls from it and then press them with your palm gently.
  7. Here the gnocchi came to work, so now add the gnocchi in the boiling salted water and let them there be for about 2 minutes and after they rise to the top surface then stop the heat and take them out.
  8. Now here the work is done and the gnocchi is served on plates and garnished with the pumpkin seed butter, then added with some parmesan and are served with the tomato sauce that we made.
