Pesto-snails Recipe

Pesto snails are just too easy to make as they are easy to be eaten. This is a type of snack and can be used in some parties where you don’t want to eat something heavier so this is the best choice to set up.

It is so easy that it also gets prepared in 2 steps so that is why today we are making this for 6 people and the ingredients are accordingly but you can adjust the quantity by yourself but if you got stuck then contact us then we will surely help you out.

Ingredients:

  • 1Pc puff pastry
  • 1Pc egg yolk
  • 100G Parmesan (grated)
  • 130G Pesto of your choice

Method:

  1. Now open the roll of puff pastry and spread the pesto in it, and add some parmesan and then again roll it up. Brush the dough with the egg yolks and then just leave it in the fridge for about 1 hour.
  2. The last step as I said is to take it out from the fridge and cut it into 1cm wide slices, and nowhere you will need a baking sheet so grab it and place those on it with baking paper also, now just bake them for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
