For seasoning or a quick warm meal: Instant vegetable broth should always be in the house. Ready-made broth from the supermarket, however, contains many ingredients that we would actually like to do without. That’s why we show you here how you can easily make them yourself:
Why is homemade instant vegetable stock healthier?
Those who prepare their vegetable broth from fresh ingredients decide for themselves what goes in. Ready-made products often contain artificial additives such as aromas and flavor enhancers, e.g. B. Glutamate. Even organic products often contain yeast extract to enhance the taste. You can also get a great spicy taste with natural ingredients!
With our recipe, you can now easily make your own vegetable broth – without flavor enhancers and Co. It’s that easy!
