Green asparagus, cooked in salt water, goes well with many different dishes. This vitamin-rich recipe is straightforward to prepare.
Ingredients for two servings
- 500 G green asparagus
- 0.5 TL oil
- 1 TL salt
- 1 prize sugar
- Peel the washed green asparagus in the lower third and cut off the woody ends.
- Bring saltwater to a boil. Pour in the asparagus upside down, add salt, sugar, and oil and let the asparagus cook for about 10 minutes.
- Then take out, drain, and serve.
