This is the best and simple recipe to cook at your home while having a little hunger and for that believe me this the best dish ever. Light Cod Fillets and very easy to be made and they go well with the vegetables and you can try different types of vegetables for it.
The other thing that will suit this is cabbage stalks with white sauce and mashed potatoes if you would like to use them then you can but these are not necessary so if you don’t want then don’t use them.

- 600G Cod fillets
- 5Tbsp Flour
- 3Tbsp olive oil
- 5Tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1prize pepper
- 1prize salt
- 1Pc lemon
- 4thTbsp Lemon juice
- The first step includes that to wash the fresh cod fillets with water and dry them with kitchen papers.
- Get the fillets after they are dry, and add some salt, pepper, and lemon juice in it and marinate it in a large dish for 60 minutes in the fridge.
- Then get the cod fillets out of the fridge and dry them and now get the flour and add fillets in it and make sure you dip both sides of fillets in the flour and then in the breadcrumbs and fry them in a pan with the olive oil for about 5 minutes on each side or if you can see if it turn golden then do the other side.
- If required then you can drain the fillets with the kitchen paper and serve them as they are warm and it will taste good.
