For a fine dinner by candlelight at home or discerning guests: this recipe will help you create a fine aperitif!
Ingredients for two servings
- 1 Tbsp Bee honey
- 40 G Mascarpone
- 1 prize pepper
- 1 Pc Cucumber
- 0.5 TL salt
- 40 G sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Thyme, fresh
- 120 G Goat cream cheese
- Wash and peel the cucumber and cut into “small wheels” approx. 2.5 cm thick. Use a small coffee spoon to remove the cucumber wheels’ seeds, creating an indentation for the fresh goat’s cheese crème.
- Mix the goat cream cheese, mascarpone, sour cream, spices, honey, and chopped thyme.
- Fill the cream cheese cream into a piping bag and place in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Then decorate the cucumber wheels with it. Decorate the cucumber aperitif with tomato pieces and fresh cress if you like.
