- 65G Flour
- 100ml milk
- 100ml Mineral water
- 1shot Oil or butter for the pan
- 1TL Peterli
- 1 prize pepper
- 1 prizes alt
- 0.5 Federation chives
- For this delicious omelette, first, you have to mix milk with the water in a bowl, and the shift that in the flour and stir it.
- Then add the eggs and again stir.
- Get the herbs(parsley and chives), and wash them and then make them dry and chop them finely. Now add pepper, salt and the herbs in the dough.
- Get a pan and add oil or butter (if you are health conscious) and heat it and then add half of the batter in it and bake the chives omelette until it is golden in medium heat.
- Now pour the remaining batter in the pan for the second omelette to be prepared and tada! you have made your chives omelette so what are you waiting for serve it and get the responses from your family and friends.
